DeltaSystems uses an entirely plaster-free process that uses laser-imaging to capture the initial shape of the client and a completely digital process to modify this shape to make the prosthetic or orthotic necessary. It removes you from any inconveniences associated with the preparation, use, and storage of plaster based molds.

DeltaSystems is also a practical solution as it uses built in knowledge and intelligence to provide guidance in the prosthetic and orthotic design. DeltaSystems contains a large array of design tools which can be used at any point during the design process. At each step you are free to use whichever tool that you believe is necessary however DeltaSystems will also suggest what it believes to be the most appropriate tool at each stage.

Using the embedded intelligence DeltaSystems will also automatically configure each tool used in the design process. This not only includes correctly specifying the position where the tool will be used but also the size and orientation of the area to be modified. In most cases all that is required is to make minor changes to the amount of modification applied by each step in the design process.

Although DeltaSystems provides detailed guidance and recommendations for the design of prosthetics and orthotics it also includes you in the equation. At each step the modification recommended by DeltaSystems can be adjusted as you deem necessary. This includes changing the position, orientation, and amount of the modification. You can also change the type of modification being applied, delete the modification entirely, or insert new modifications.
