Precise, accurate, reliable, repeatable

The entire DeltaSystems design and fabrication process is very accurate and precise. Using an entirely plaster free system based on laser imaging a very accurate representation of any client can be obtained. Using the anatomical information automatically collected during the imaging process DeltaSystems precisely positions and configures all modifications needed and allows you to inspect and change the details of these modifications as necessary. Designs can be quickly inspected by using visual comparison of modified surfaces with unmodified surfaces and through using different colors to highlight areas of significant change. Modifications can be changed by clicking on them directly and dragging them or more precisely by entering values directly into system for each modification. All of these methods insure that the final design produced is exactly the design needed for the required prosthetic or orthotic.

Flexibility that puts you in control

DeltaSystems also supports flexibility in the design process. In most cases the pre-selected and configured design will be sufficient to produce the required prosthetic or orthotic. However in circumstances were you determine clinically or technically a change or a new modification is required DeltaSystems allows you to add this step to the design process easily. In fact when DeltaSystems selects and configures a design this is simply a recommendation based on what the system knows. You as a qualified technician or clinician remain in control and are free to add, remove, or change any and all steps in the design as you see fit. You can also instruct the system to recommend your improved designs for future clients.

Integrated and complete

DeltaSystems maintains a complete digital history of all clients, laser images, and designs produced. All of this information is organized in a fashion that allows any client, any image, or any design to be easily accessed and viewed when needed. As everything is recorded DeltaSystems allows you to examine how a client has been changing overtime and what treatments have been used. It also allows you to reproduce any prosthetic or orthotic for any given client exactly. Possibly more importantly it allows new designs to be made from previous designs by only changing the modification parameters needed to make a better fitting device.
